ATTEMPTED *****-UBER--NO ASSISTANCE AFTER 48 HOURS
My card was swiped by UBER 10 times on the 17th February 2018.This card is not even linked to my UBER account. As everybody knows there is no email or telephone number for them.I reported it on the help menu. They asked for card details and a statement from my bank, which i supp**** 2 days ago,now they have gone silent and not answering my messages. How is this possible that an employee uses the company"s platform to attempt ***** and then they refuse to help the client.Totally disgusting service, will be cancelling my account and my family"s.This company thinks they are too big for their boots and can treat clients like ******* and get away with it.No wonder they are banned in certain countries.i will be contacting the banking ombudsman to lodge my complaint and if need be lay a charge against UBER,as this is once again a typical example of a large institution in SA,bullying the man in the street.
