ATROCIOUS SERVICE FROM UBER

<p> </p> <p>I am very upset with the atrocious service I received tonight from Uber. The driver was completely rude, unfriendly and was shouting at me the entire trip for "making him wait"</p> <p> </p> <p>Quite frankly, the fact that the malls entrances were closed, was not mt fault and out of my control. </p> <p>I had clearly expressed to him, before the time that I'd have a problem getting out of the mall because of the time so he would need to wait about 5 minutes.</p> <p>He then agreed and said it was not a problem.</p> <p> </p> <p>So. My question to UberSA is, why do late night drivers think it's okay to treat customers any old how? Shout, rant and rave at a PAYING customer, the entire trip. Completely unacceptable. I'd love a prompt response.</p> <p> </p> <p>Many thanks</p>
