Asshole driver

I requested a ride to work this morning which was accepted but the driver never pitched and didn't have the decency to cancel the trip. I waited for plus minus 10minutes, called him but he wasn't picking up and didn't have the decency to reply to messages. Thanks to this idiot, I was late for work. This is completely unaccessible and very unprofessional.
