Arrogance from a Uber driver

Two weeks ago I requested an Uber. First and foremost when I requested it said 5min away then he did not arrive at my place but rather on the corner of the road. He phones about five times to say his outside and then cancelled the request when we go outside we then see him there he comes to the actual stop looking as if he was on something asking for cash because he cancelled the trip. We refuse because we don't have cash on hand but paying with card via the app. We pack our bags in the car then he tells me it's not going to work out and that I should take my bags. He unpacked my stuff except for my Adidas bag full of my children's clothes. He then drove off after telling me to request another Uber. It all happened so fast because he was so eager for cash money that I only realized at my destination that my bag was missing. My mother inlaw got hold of Uber but instead gave him her contact details. The request was from her app. He still hasn't contacted her back even though he knows where the house is. It's now two weeks and Uber is doing absolutely nothing about this. This is the worse experience ever. This is theft and if nothing is done and the driver does not return my stuff I will have to charge him for theft. It is so frustrating to have to deal with such nonsense. If I could rate no stars at all I definitely would. Such poor service. It's unreal.
