Appalling Service & Communication

I am most appalled by Uber's service. We had to get my uncle to O.R. Tambo International Airport for his flight yesterday. We prebooked the Uber in the morning for 2 pm but when the driver arrived he told us he was booked for a trip to Lanseria when all of our evidence indicated otherwise, he decided to just cancel the trip and said there's nothing he can do and just drove away. We then booked another trip and got charged twice for the trip *** Uber. What is wrong with you? We want a refund for the second amount being charged!!! Get your staff and business on track you guys suck!
