Appalling customer service

A friend and I recently utilized an Uber service and opted to split the fare. However, despite her acceptance of the fare-split request, the full charge was still debited from my account.

Upon seeking clarification, the response received was limited to asserting the correctness of the charge, without addressing the core issue at hand.
