Appalled with UberX service.

I am so disgusted! I requested an UberX on 30/11/2023, and I am highly frustrated with the level of service I received. I was told to "get out" with my colleague as my trip was not sufficient enough for Sboniso Lungani!!! He said he needs to fetch his staff and that we weren't important after accepting our ride. I am appalled and expected better service from UberX. Do Better.
