App failure and bad delivery service

i sent package for delivery and never arrived at the destination/client. The app also seemed unstable and it changed the delivery root twice. i would have thought the driver would return the package as clearly it did not reach the client as it should that it was delivered yet only left the collection point 5 minutes before it showed completed. i also tried contacting the driver but to no result as he did not answer the call.
