I ordered a meal on the uber eats app on the 28th of May 2024 in the evening after I arrived from work. I had guest that flew in from CA. The food was suppose to be delivered at 7:45pm by Emanuel from uber.

We waited and waited. We tried calling him when the app notified us that he is outside , he ignored calls and direct messages we sent. He went far as ignoring the securities at my estate and left with the food. He clicked or submitted in "food delivered."

We went to the securities to check if he didn't leave he food but nothing. The securities showed us the footage of his arrival in him leaving.

Point is I had to leave the house tired as I was and go to KFC Silverlakes Drive thru just to get a meal myself of what I wasn't in the mood to it.

Worst experience ever, even their complaints feature on the app is absolutely pathetic! Money gone out of my account for food I never received!
