Annoyed by the incompetancy;//4

I have been having a problem it started in September as i was traveling to Durban as when coming back i kept getting messages that i owe the drives that i used a card and it declined. I never paid. I never loaded any of my cards. When I'm requesting them to send me the statement no one is responding. Now when i request a ride it shows im owing😭
