Angry passenger

Uber is now over charging people Because it's December thinking everyone won't notice.

I requested a ride with my card I have R250 in my account The ride charged me R111.83 It was taken prior the ride approaching my house and I had to cancel the ride because there was no need to go anymore.

It asked for R45 as a cancellation fee and I agreed It then took that R45 and it didn't returned my R111.83

In the morning it charged me again R99.89

On the app their agents are not helping at all Its like am talking to an automated system
