I am appauled on how the rates changes and the drivers are rude when you intially contact for uber. I take uber everyday at least twice a day and yesterday it was R65.00 from fish hoek to sunvalley its madness when a normal taxi is R10 on several occasion a driver will pick up the ride and ask me where I am going and then when it comes to 4min away tell me to cancel as they not coming they will not cancel and will not allow me to order another, as i get charged if I cancel. I ordered uber nam a driver picked up saying 10 min away when it came to 4min away he started telling me to cancel and order uber x what the heck (i took a screen shot) he then would not cancel and I could not use my uber app as he was still on it sending message after message. sometimes I pay in advance I also had a driver argue with me that he will not drive for free and he also wasted an hour.

WHAT IS HAPPENING it supposed to be a convenient service and it has become a nasty thing that I am paying for . its not the first time it has happened several times.
