There’s a trend I've experienced lately with multiple drivers. After reaching my destination and ending the trip, the driver fails to end the trip on their app, resulting in additional unwanted charges when paying with a card.

I've noticed this happening frequently, and I'm irritated that’s done intentional. I'd appreciate it if you could look into this matter and take necessary actions to prevent such incidents or we are done.
