All documents approved BUT now vehicle is wrong

I want to become an Uber driver and before I started the process I confirmed with them if I can use a Mahindra. They confirmed that I could. So I registered and loaded all the documents they requested, I watched the Video's, did the double disc, went for the Evaluation. When I went for the Evaluation the gentleman said the week before he also had a Mahindra. ALL my documents were Approved But it said I must select a vehicle but my Mahindra's details are on there it is a 2021 model. So I booked an appointment with the Greenlight Hub in JHB, just for them to tell me I can't use a Mahindra. So I bought a new car, wasted +- R2000 and I can't become a driver. I contacted support and phoned them and got no response. The best of all is ALL my documents state it is a Mahindra
