Aggressive Uber driver

Saturday afternoon I took an Uber to my house, when I arrived at infront of my house the driver was very aggressive and disrespectful because I gave him a R50 when my trip was R41 I then proceeded to look for a R1 in my bag and after I've given the driver the cash I stood up and immediately when I stood up I wasn't even out of the car properly as my leg was still in the car when the driver drove in full speed and took my phone and it was a brand new phone which I've only had for a month. I then reported the issue on the Uber app and thereafter received an email from Uber saying that they can't disclose any information about the driver and then they proceeded to close down my conversation and block me from Uber completely. The driver's name is Rangarirai Winmore and his license plate number is CAA495-026. @Uber is the worst ever and I just want my belongings back or for them to contact me!!! Please be safe out there when requesting an Uber as @Uber is not the safest transport as they portray to be.
