Aggressive drivers, ****ming + no help from Uber support

I feel completely ****med by Uber. I've personally experienced so many cases of drivers being unprofessional, aggressive and rude. When I report it, Uber takes absolutely no action. Very often I get additional charges on my trips. In some cases drivers have dropped me off at my location and then continued the trip, in other cases drivers refuse my trip and let me know they will cancel, only to discover that they have not canceled and I get the full charge. Other times drivers are very aggressive and even tell me that I can complain to Uber because Uber will not do anything about it - they are right, this has happened over 3 times in the last month alone. Each time I report, Uber does not refund me they say that the data checks out. Even after sending voice recordings, all they do it say "we will try our best not to match you with this driver" this is not enough. It is truly appalling.
