************** against certain people

I've been using Uber for years and in most cases it's just over charging problems I have, but today I had a problem with three drivers discriminating against my son for how he look and are dressed. I requested using my card and they were standing outside the flat waiting I even message the one driver, but yet all three decided to not accept him.

They had to take and walk a long distance to where they need to be. This service is pathetic, discriminating against people are not okay, not all colored boys are gangsters and ******s. Yes you get ****** and are scared but it does not mean everybody is going to rob you.

I requested from Townsend not the Cape flats so I'm very disappointed that I got this type of treatment today after using your service for over 10 years already.

I don't get this from bolt or inDrive.
