Additional payment

I requested a ride and since my card was linked for that ride, the payment went off. At 3am the following day, Uber tried to deduct the ride amount again and have been trying to inform them payment was deducted and not sure why I owe money. I have sent proof of payment that was taken in consideration, instead they started another chat, where I have to explain everything again. I am not paying an extra amount and yet the payment was deducted.
