Additional costs sneaked into the trip!

The quoted price was R84 when the ride was accepted. That is the price I expect to work on. When I added a R20 tip there was an additional charge for the gantry, handling fee, base fee that are hidden in the costs taking the total up to R117. As the driver doesn't pay a toll fee as they didn't have a etoll monitor how is this in the costs? Why aren't they transparent with the charges as they are aware of the route. I would have gone with another provider had I known about the real fare!
