Additional charges

On 15 January i used uber for 2 trips however 3 trips went off my account. Their “help” department tells me that i was charged for 2 trips and a “hold” was placed on my account for the 3rd. They are aware of the issue and will get back to me once their team resolves the issue. It has been more than a week. This is unacceptable.
