Added trip on my name without riding

I have used Uber to bring my family to where I was. The trip said it will be R100. When the driver got to them he said his phone is flat. He dropped them off, and when I saw the bill on my fone it said R376. How can this be? I never made any changes to the destination or added any other destinations. The final destination was for Paarl, so the driver did another trip on my name.
