<p>I am only sharing this on this forum becuase I have tried other avenues to no avail. My uber account is no longer functional becuase I changed my bank card however my account number is still the same. I have tried changing my card number on the app and online but both attempts have failed. It just shows me an error sign always. Your sight as well does not submit enquiries. I really enjoy usinng your service and I hate that my account is now not functional.</p>
Can you please give me your email address. I have tried your website but my queries are not logged in. I really want my problem to be fixed soon so I can be able to use uber again. I got a nerw card now I cant update my details.
