Accident by an Uber Driver

I am absolutely horrified that Uber has no contact number to call and to report bad driving by an uber driver is nearly impossible. I have a driver drive into my car, he and his boss would not give me insurance details and ceased all communication. Uber is impossible to try and report this to but just be aware it seems like Uber takes no responsibility for bad behaviour.
