Absolutely Dangerous traveling with Uber

Traveling with Uber is becoming more and more dangerous, this app and its drivers need to be audited. Twice in this last month I book a trip for someone else, the person was already dropped off I was monitoring on my app but the drivers did not end the trip, they ran the bill into twice the amount. It is very dangerous paying with your bank card. During last week, my Friend booked on his own app, instead of paying R114 for his trip, he trip was run into R500 because the driver did not end the trip when he dropped him, this was reflecting on his app and the driver he used yesterday went to his house last night fighting and demanding the money, this is ridiculous unprofessional behavior and reflects very badly on safety for this app. People should only use Uber when left without a choice, otherwise it is a very dangerous app to be using and there is no support number to contact them as well. Today I requested a trip for my friend, he was taken on a very dangerous route and the driver got stuck for petrol, this is ridiculous, the driver needs to ensure he has petrol before he accepts the trip, seriously dangerous app, very disappointing to note that your life is put into danger because of apps like this which is not trustworthy at all.
