Absolute ******* with trip charges

I'm disturbed at the level of unreliability and also the excessive rates that uber has been charging me. i use uber daily, twice a day, excluding weekends and the price I'm charged at booking is often 2.5x more when my trip ends. It cancels trips and then rebooks it at surge charge rates. And ¾ of the day we are having to pay these surge prices. I'm ready to be done with uber and the amount of money I'm having to spend on it
