A little mess

<p>Uber!!!</p> <p>My fiance and I use uber regularly and we are currently disgusted with what they are putting us through.</p> <p>We have experienced an incident whereby the vehicle was messed on the door little bit, there is no damage or anything of the sort, the door was a bit dirty and with a wet or damp cloth it can be wiped off simple as that... They are now charging us R500 for the cleaning of the car and being in the Johannesburg region I know that a car wash costs roughly R70.</p> <p>I have been sending uber many emails regarding this from Saturday and until now there has been no feedback provided regarding this.</p> <p>Uber has really shown that maybe the rides are cheaper but their customer service is terrible.<br />I also deal with thousands of customers on a daily basis and I understand I can't get to everybody in a day, however it does not take people 5 days to respond to you.</p> <p>Uber has treated my fiance and I terribly and it is not the first time that they have done this to us. therefore I am making a request to all to pleaser share this and let us NAME AND SHAME UBER. <br />They survive on us... They need us</p>
