Uber has become an unreliable service that epitomizes a lazy generation. Instead of offering a supposed service, rather be honest and indicate that you offer a limited service that chooses to provide a service at their convenience.

At least that way we'll know whether to rely on your or not. Either start to improve on the quality of your drivers and service, or stay off the road.
