I booked uber "package" to collect my package for me. Initially I was charged R75 for my ride. The driver took a different route and then sends a text saying there's an accident on the road he was on, he veered off into a route furthest from the point of drop off. at the end of the ride which took over an hour to reach. I was then charged almost 3 times over the initial charge which is now R211.

I since complained about this and was told unfortunately I didn't spend enough for them to reimburse me lol. they said they would however look into this but still nothing. this took place 31/01/2025
