Honestly, I'm disappointed with the service uber has been delivering. Not once or twice but multiple times they've taken money out of my account without authorization. They've taken my last; emergency money. I've addressed this, over and over. Twice this week alone. And then I'm told to wait for my money. Days. I think this is so unfair. I'm over their ****. Literally the worst. Charged for time when I wasn't even the reason the driver stopped. His damn wiper fell off and he stopped to go to a shop. Never using uber again!!!!
