I lost my phone inside Kagiso Molekwa the uber driver on the 31st October 2024. Drop off around 14:07. When I realised my phone is not in my pocket eg 5 minutes to 10 minutes after I got off I called my phone and it was off. I been sending messages to uber support and they keep saying I must contact the driver however there is no number on the app. Until I went to the offices and was given the number which is off until today and it's the seventh day since I lost my phone in that driver s car. This evening the uber support send me a text to say the located the driver and he says he did not see my phone. And yhey hope I find it somewhere else. How will I find it somewhere else when I left it in his car and I know for sure because I had it in there. And it is very suspicious that my phone was switched off and never got hold of the driver till today his phone is off. Poor service indeed from uber and this driver called Kagiso Molekwa
