WORST SUPPORT IMAGINABLE

The worst level of service imaginable yet again from Uber.

Zero customer service, they keep going in circles. No help what so ever, they do not even respond correctly nor do they listen to you.

Bassant Magdy has not been helpful in the least, and cuts you off from the conversation leaving you to start from the beggining.

Over the years I have never seen worse customer support than that of Uber. We need strong Competitors to get rid of Uber.
