Unauthorized debit order by Uber One

Dear Sir/Madam

I must say I am very disappointed with Uber who activated their UberOne function and activated a monthly subscription against my bank account without my explicit consent.

I tried to register a dispute agains an unauthorized debit with Uber One but to this extend. I have not been able to get to through heir call enter

I can confirm that I am not an UberOne subscriber and I have note authorized them to make any debit against my bank account.

But instead of refunding me the deducted, the subscription instantly, Their app indicate that a refund will take 14 days to be complete

This is unacceptable, for they we not authorized to deduct the money and when they did it didn't take 14 days for them to get it.
