Uber taking money from my banking app

The past months I was asked by drivers to pay via my bank app they say where I live is dangerous red zone but yet they take the rides and it's cheaper using your banking app to pay but No they took money yesterday for a ride I canceled then they want a cancelation fee 2 of R11 this isn't the 1st time this is happening they let you pay less then they take at night more money for a trip u took during day and they never reimburse me I want my money back I will tell people they ******* and ***** your money from.bsnkkng app
