Uber One subscription cancelation not working

I've canceled my Uber one 4 months ago but till today I'm still being debited the R50 subscription fee, and I've queried about this a month ago and was told I'm not subscribed and therefore will be refunded... But to this day I haven't received the refund and yet still being debited. It's really annoying
