Uber one *****

I recently realized that Uber One has been taking R50 each month from my account. I tried to stop it with NO success. They take R50 on the 15th of each month. Can I get my my money and also get an explanation as to what is this and who authorized it to take my money. This is *****. I even changed my banking details but they keep on taking my money. I want to know where they got my details and i want all my money back because i don't ever have a subscription with them.
