Uber ******* on some trips, Extra charges and Waiting TIME which never happened

Uber is on a *********** spree of its loyal customers. My daughter's trips are charged extra for all the trips from Femina Hospital in PTA to my house in Amandasig, in the mornings there are charged correctly. Coming back is always a challenge, i will see a ride at R104 just like 2 hours ago, get the notification once the drop off is complete a different price is charged, on Monday it ws R186 about R60 extra today R30 extra. I need to be educated how this thing works. There were no extra stops not waiting time incured. I will upload my invoices. I want to expose these ****mers
