Refund not Refunded

Uber one deducted my bank account, a refund was requested which they said will be in my bank account in 7 to 12 days...after 15 days still nothing. I made an inquiry and I was told of 30 days....30 days have come and gone and still no refund. The chat is closed on their app and I am left with no recourse.
