I'm extremely frustrated. I've tried repeatedly to cancel my Uber Eats subscription but I'm still being charged. Cancel it immediately

I am extremely frustrated with this situation. I have tried repeatedly to cancel my Uber Eats subscription, yet I am still being charged. I did NOT authorise continued subscription payments after attempting to cancel.

This is unacceptable. I want my subscription cancelled immediately and I expect any unauthorised charges made after my cancellation attempt to be refunded. Please do not give me generic instructions to cancel it myself.I have already tried.

I need this matter resolved urgently and confirmation that the subscription has been permanently cancelled. If this continues, I will escalate the matter and dispute the charges with my bank.
