Driver ill-treated my mother

I am extremely unpleased with this service. A driver which I had requested for my mother. Got to my house, my mother got into the car in the rain, and he blatantly told her he is not taking her and to get out the car. He refused to drive. Bare in mind she was going to get late for work. I was then billed a cancelation she because she was too traumatized to take the next driver that automatically was chosen to do that trip. This is pathetic. You don't get your employees. I have the driver information and I expect action taken on this and a call from. UBER One. I am subscribed to this app for this **** to be happening to my own mother.
