Charged delivery fee - even though I am subscribed to Uber One

They tried to charge a delivery fee - even though I'm subscribed to Uber One. Now i wonder how many times they have done this. I never checked before… but i have a feeling this is not the first time this has happened. This is completely dishonest and sneaky. I trusted them when they said if i subscribe, I don't pay a delivery fee. I tried contacting their help line - and despite several messages - I got no response. I have cancelled my membership and won't be ordering through them again. I don't support dishonest businesses who I can't trust!!!
