Zero respect, poor service deliver

if i could id give a negative 5 stars, i made two different orders, one for steers one for mc donalds, and i paid for both with my card on the app, the order for steers said the driver is outside, but when i go to the gate theres no driver , i didnt even receive a call from him , so i did not receive my order, then i made another order for mc donalds, the delivery time for the food just kept escalating, it was meant to be delivered at 7:40 but only received my order almost an hour later, when my food arrived (i ordered a happy meal) there was no jalapeno sauce and there was no toy. Its almost like uber eats thinks its doing us a favour with the delivery service, they forget we're the ones paying, im honestly sick and tired of the bull****, they dont answer their phones and the refund will take 3 days, Uber eats can take your money quick but if you want a refund it takes longer. i want my money back and i want a toy for my ****ing happymeal
