Zero Help from Uber Eats

I placed an order this for McDonald's breakfast through the app, my order arrived damaged because the juice spilled over everything, buns were wet and chips soaked, couldn't call because their lines are having an issue or whatever reported it on the app, twice, and still haven't been contacted. The driver didn't offer any help either just stood there and said there's nothing he could do. I'm now left here basically still hungry with my money gone. Very upset with UberEats
