Zero customer service

By far the worst experience. Driver drove around my neighborhood, literally all the streets besides mine and pretended to leave the order at a random address. In my desperation I even drove around to try find the order but nothing at all. A complete waste of time and money. The best part is being told I won't be refunded. Nice one Uber 👍
