You pay but you don't get your order

Ive had multiple issues with Uber eats. This is the last one. I am done with them. I've made a grocery order. The driver got here. Tried to phone me once, I call back 5 minutes later and the call doesn't go through. I go out and the guy is gone. I paid my money and didn't receive a order. This is unacceptable. Nevermind the times where I only got half of my orders. I expect a refund.
