You have lost a client because of your dishonest staff

I ordered pizza from Roman's maponya mall at 18:16 last night. At 19:15 an hour after my order the driver collects and moves to the destination, which is right across maponya mall literally 3 houses from the mall's gate. For the first time in nearly more than thousands spend on Uber eats the driver phones me, he can't get through to me the app tells me he is trying to call I must phone him back. When I do the app says the number I'm using is not linked to the account which is not correct. I attempt several times to call the number doesn't get through even tried phoning the store which was already closed at that time. I'm not happy with this and I will terminate or delete my app if they think they can take my money and not deliver the goods better yet the dishonesty of the driver to say the order is delivered meanwhile it wasn't. I have Mr D which has competitive rates and better discounts I will rely on them because I have never had any issues with them. I want the money I paid for the pizza my kids ended up not getting. Imagine giving you money for nothing.
