You are absolutely useless, there is no contact number on your website when there is an issue on the app

You are absolutely useless, there is no contact number on your website. I am placing an order and there is money on my app however everytime i confirm the order it shows i have to pay cash. Your app is useless when trying to lodge a complaint or trying to speak with someone to find out what the issue is as now i have all this money on my "account" and i cant even use it !!!!
