Yesterday I ordered food from Pedros Quagga mall and my food didnt arrive

Yesterday I ordered food from Pedros Quagga mall and my food didnt arrive. My app then said food was delivered but driver was a no show i even went outside. No missed call from driver on both phone and app. My security guard at the gate even said no car came. They say they cant refund me and they never even gave me an option to collect my food as I asked they told me the driver threw the food away how can you throw away such expensive food that was for me and my family. I need my meal or my refund
