Yelled at by UberEats call centre agent!

I was appalled by the way I was treated tonight by a call centre agent from UberEats. He contacted me from +*** to inform me that there was an issue with my order. I enquired about what happened and he proceeded to get frustrated and yell at me. Is this what we can expect from someone who is supposed to tell us they messed up and the order will be canceled? To be mistreated on the phone?
