Wrongfully charged by UBEREATS for an order I didn't receive

Ordered food on Friday 18 October 2024. When the order arrived, it was wrong. While with the delivery person I call the shop I ordered from and it appears that he had given my order to another customer and brought that customers food to me. The delivery person then proceeded to cancel my order and asked me to order again. Ubereats is now charging me for the cancelation despite numerous messages that I have sent trying to clarify this issue.
