Wrongfully charged

They deducted 4 different amounts to the total of R580,06, same date same times with a difference of 2min apart when i never made any order, i sent an email on their help/support they only responded once telling me tonsend bank statement and my card number of which i did , they have never responded its 3days now and i need my money, the last time i took a trip with them and few minutes later 4 transactions happened with different amoun totalling R12, i let that one pass but this time R580 and they r not willing to assist
